Operational Technology Cybersecurity Governance for K-12 Leaders
School systems today depend on Operational Technology (OT), from HVAC controls and security cameras to smart classrooms and building management systems; all of which are increasingly connected to IT networks. This specialized 2-day course is designed specifically for K-12 technology, operations, and facilities leaders who play a critical role in protecting these systems from cyber threats, no prior OT cybersecurity experience is required. This immersive training is led by UnRavl cybersecurity experts Steven Long, Andrew Murray, and Joseph Flores; combining decades of experience in critical infrastructure and operational resilience. Participants will learn to assess risk, apply governance frameworks like IEC 62443 and NIST CSF, and strengthen communication across IT, facilities, and administration. Cyberattacks on OT systems have increased by over 140% in recent years, targeting K-12 systems and exploiting everything from HVAC systems to heating, telephone, and classroom-technology tools. Don't miss this opportunity to build expertise in one of the most critical and fast-growing areas in cybersecurity.
